Service
MPM’s Customer Service personnel work closely with customers
to service their accounts. MPM stays in regular contact with customers
to monitor the recycling process and make sure that everything
is running smoothly.
We coordinate with customers to schedule pick-ups when they are
needed and we make sure the facility is clean after pick-ups are
made. Once the waste has been brought back to our facility, Customer
Service records and enters all data and processes the payments
back to the customer. Customer records are maintained and reviewed
by management to ensure that customers are getting the best return
on their waste.
Day to day Customer Service makes sure the customer is getting
service they require to maximize the recycling process.
